Delivery

We aim for your order to be posted via royal mail within 4 working days of receiving payment and inscription details. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the date you ordered. If you require your order urgently then please contact us prior to ordering and we will see what we can do. Please note all postage prices listed are for UK postage. If international postage is required then please contact us.

Payment

All checkout payments are processed by Paypal. Paypal is a safe secure server and your credit/debit details will be encrypted. We do not store your card details on our server and they are used only once to authorise your transaction. We cannot see any of your card details. You can also check this is secure by looking for the padlock icon on your internet browser. All payments are taken instantly when you click to purchase using paypal.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your personalised gifts, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've simply had a change of heart you must return it to us in its original condition and packaging with 7 days for prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

How Do I return an item?

Simply email us and we can issue you with a return address that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.

We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend sending the package by recorded delivery.

Refunds

Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase and only applies to the item(s).

Our delivery charge in your original order is not refundable if an item is being returned. Delivery charges incurred in sending items back to us are non refundable.

Refunds due to no stock will be refunded in full. 

Submitting Information

To buy the personalised gifts at the prices and terms stated.

We are not obliged to supply the personalised gifts to you until we have confirmed order acceptance and providing the item(s) are in stock. All personalised gifts are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply the particular item that you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to fulfil an order due to products being out of stock.

By submitting your order you are accepting the shipping and handling costs.

You must ensure that all details required, including gifts personalised details, are correctly filled out at the checkout before submitting, including email address, full postal address and payment details. 

Other

We will use all reasonable efforts to meet your delivery dates. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates. You will be advised by email when your order has been dispatched.

We will not be held responsible for orders arriving late due to services out of our control, i.e. postal strikes.
